Draft Terms of Service
Draft dated 2026-08-21
1. About Postsie and these Terms
Postsie is a service of UAB Gildium. These Terms form the agreement between you and UAB Gildium when you create an account or use the service.
These draft Terms describe the pre-launch service and are pending professional review before paid launch.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Postsie for a business or social account you do not own personally, you confirm that you are authorised to act for its owner.
3. Account security
You must provide accurate account information, complete required email verification, protect your credentials, and notify support promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You remain responsible for activity performed through your account unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
4. Pre-launch service and supported platforms
Postsie is pre-launch. Planned V1 functionality covers Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts; availability depends on Postsie readiness and independent provider access.
You may connect only accounts you are authorised to control. By connecting one, you authorise Postsie to use the provider permissions you select to deliver the requested connection, analysis, scheduling, and publishing functions as they become available.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Postsie the limited permission needed to host, process, analyse, adapt for technical delivery, and publish content only at your direction and to operate the requested service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide that content and permission.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled while providing these functions.
6. AI-assisted features
AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review and approve content before publication. Postsie does not promise reach, engagement, revenue, legal compliance, or any other performance result.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, and the rules of each connected platform. Postsie may restrict activity needed to protect customers, providers, or the service.
8. Third-party services
Meta, Google, Anthropic, Stripe, Amazon SES, Laravel Cloud, and Laravel Nightwatch operate independently under their own terms. Their availability, platform rules, and decisions can affect Postsie functionality. Naming them does not imply provider endorsement.
9. Trial, billing, and renewal
The planned Creator subscription is billed in USD at $28.99 USD/month or $278.30 USD/year. The 14-day trial requires a card, costs $0 during the trial, and converts to the selected plan and renews automatically unless cancelled.
Taxes may be added where configured and legally required. Stripe handles card details; those details do not reach Postsie systems.
10. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation before trial conversion prevents the first charge. Paid cancellation prevents renewal and normally preserves access through the recorded period end. Paid charges are normally non-refundable and non-prorated, subject to duplicate or incorrect charges, material non-delivery, and mandatory law.
The complete rules appear in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
11. Payment failure and read-only access
A failed renewal starts the designed 72-hour payment grace. After it ends, new AI, uploads, scheduling, and publishing stop; historical data and drafts remain readable, and scheduled work is paused rather than silently published.
12. Suspension, termination, and deletion
Postsie may restrict or suspend access for serious misuse or security risk and may terminate accounts where continued service cannot safely or lawfully be provided. Customers may disconnect providers and request account deletion through the published data deletion instructions.
Required financial records and approved anonymised or audit records may remain only for their applicable legal or approved retention periods.
13. Intellectual property
Postsie software, branding, and service materials belong to UAB Gildium or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer that intellectual property to customers. Your ownership of your content is addressed separately above.
14. Service changes and availability
Pre-launch features can change before paid launch. After launch, material contractual changes require appropriate notice. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised, including where force majeure or independent-provider events prevent performance.
15. Liability and mandatory rights
Liability wording is pending professional review.
Any disclaimer or limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms waives non-waivable privacy, consumer, conformity, withdrawal, or other statutory rights.
16. Governing law and contact
Lithuanian law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections in the customer's country. Questions about these Terms may be sent to legal@postsie.com or support questions to support@postsie.com.
