Illegal and harmful activity
Do not use Postsie for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activity, or to promote, organise, or facilitate conduct that unlawfully harms people, property, or public safety.
Abuse and exploitation
Do not use the service for abuse, harassment, hate, or exploitation. Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of children, and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited.
Intellectual property and privacy
Do not upload, analyse, schedule, or publish material that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You must have the permissions needed for the content and accounts you use.
Platform manipulation
Do not use Postsie for spam, fake engagement, platform manipulation, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour, including attempts to mislead people about the source or popularity of content.
Security abuse
Malware, credential theft, unauthorised security testing, or access-control circumvention are prohibited. Do not try to access or extract other customers’ data or provider credentials, or interfere with another customer's connection or work.
Provider rules and sanctions
Do not use the service to evade sanctions or export controls, or to violate the applicable rules of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Stripe, Google, Anthropic, or another connected provider. You remain responsible for the rules that apply to each account you connect.
Enforcement and reporting
Postsie may proportionately investigate reports and, depending on the evidence, restrict accounts, remove content, report matters to providers or authorities, or pursue legal escalation where required.
Responses depend on the circumstances and applicable law. This policy does not claim that automated moderation detects every violation.
