Draft Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Card-backed trial

The planned Creator subscription begins with a 14-day card-backed trial. A reusable card is required, but the trial costs $0 during the trial. Cancelling before conversion prevents the first subscription charge.

2. Renewals and cancellation

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancelling a paid subscription prevents the next renewal while normal access continues through the recorded period end.

3. Refund baseline and exceptions

Paid charges are normally non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time. Postsie will review a duplicate or incorrect charge, material non-delivery where a refund is the appropriate remedy, and any refund required by mandatory law.

Mandatory consumer withdrawal, conformity, and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Approved refunds and access

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within processor timing and any mandatory legal deadline. A completed refund can end the corresponding paid access rather than granting both a refund and continued paid service.

5. Request a billing review

Email billing@postsie.com. Include the account email and charge reference for the relevant charge. Never send card details, a full card number, or a security code.

6. Statement descriptor and launch status

Charges are intended to appear as POSTSIE, subject to permitted processor or card-network suffixes. No checkout or automated refund-processing workflow is currently offered on this page.
